https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/

If the plug-in is deposited on one of the pages of our website, your internet browser downloads the plug-in from the Facebook servers in the USA. For technical reasons, in doing so, it is necessary that Facebook processes your IP address and the date and time of your visit to our website.

If you are logged into Facebook during your visit to our website which contains the plug-in, Facebook will recognize the information of your precise visit collected by the plug-in. The information gathered this way, will be possibly assigned by Facebook to your personal user account. For example if you use Facebook’s “like” button, Facebook will assign this information to your user account and possibly published through Facebook’s platform. You can prevent this either by logging out of your Facebook account before accessing our website or by using an add-on for your internet browser, which prevents that the Facebook plug-in is blocked.

This connection is necessary to play the respective video on our website through your internet browser. Generally YouTube will record and process at least your IP address, the date and time as well as the webpage you visited. Moreover, a connection to Google’s advertising network “DoubleClick” will be established.

If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, the connection information will be assigned to your YouTube account.  If you do not want this information to be transmitted to YouTube and Google, you can prevent it by logging out of your YouTube account before visiting our website or change the respective settings in your YouTube user account.

We are using conversion tracking to target our advertising. The legal basis is art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to analyze, optimize the functionality and economic operation of our website.

If you click on an advertising placed by Google, the conversion tracking will place a cookie on your computer. These so-called conversion cookies expire after 30 days and do not serve the purpose to identify you personally.

If the cookie is still valid while you visit a certain subpage of our website, we as well as Google can ascertain that you have clicked on one of our advertisements placed with Google and that subsequently you have been forwarded to our website.

With the information gathered this way, Google creates statistics about the visits to our website. Hereby we also receive information about the number of users, who have clicked on our advertisement(s) as well as which subpages of our website have subsequently been accessed. Neither we nor any other user of Google-AdWords will be in a position to identify you.

If a job application procedure leads to the conclusion of an employment contract, we will store your application data in your personnel file, for use in the normal organization and administration process – of course in compliance with the further legal obligations.

Likewise the legal basis for this process is art. 26 (1) S. 1 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act) in connection with art. 88 (1) GDPR.

In this case the legal basis is art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. Of course you can withdraw your consent at any time according to art. 7(3) GDPR by statement effective for the future.
